Quinn Heidenreich is Managing Partner of Allied Strategic Partners, an operationally focused private asset management firm specializing in marine and waterfront hospitality businesses. He is responsible for overseeing all facets of the firm’s activities, from investment sourcing and valuation to transaction structuring, fundraising, investment financing, and the administration of value creation initiatives across Allied’s portfolio.

Prior to Allied, Quinn was Co-Head of Investments at a large marina investment platform where he was responsible for new business development, underwriting, transaction structuring, and strategy.

Quinn earned a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in Economics from DePauw University, where he played NCAA football.

Andy Waters serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Allied Strategic Partners, an operationally focused private asset management firm focused on investing and partnering with marine and waterfront hospitality businesses. In his role, Andy assumes comprehensive oversight of accounting, finance, operations, and tax reporting functions.

Andy brings over two decades of financial services experience to his position, including five years in outsourced and in-house CFO roles. Prior to Allied, he co-founded the Dallas office of Constellation Advisers (now IQEQ), a national consulting firm specializing in outsourced services for alternative asset managers, where he led the closed-ended fund CFO practice. Before Constellation, he was a Principal at Capital Analytics (now MUFG Investor Services), focusing on fund administration for various middle-market buyout, real estate, and debt portfolios. Earlier in his career, Andy served in roles at Hudson Advisors and in public accounting with KPMG.

He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Nick Henry is Vice President of Allied Strategic Partners, an operationally focused private asset management firm focused on investing and partnering with marine and waterfront hospitality businesses. His responsibilities include overseeing acquisitions, asset management, FP&A, investments, risk management, and the implementation of value creation initiatives across Allied’s investments.

Prior to Allied, Nick held leadership and investment positions in the marina and hospitality industries where he oversaw asset management, development, and execution of value-creation projects, as well as holding various acquisition and investment roles.

Nick graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas with a BBA in finance and marketing.

Jake Finley is a Senior Associate with Allied Strategic Partners, an operationally focused private asset management firm focused on investing and partnering with marine and waterfront hospitality businesses. He is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value-creation initiatives within portfolio investments. Prior to joining Allied, Jake was a Senior Analyst at a large marina investment platform and an Analyst with Brownlie & Braden Advisors, a boutique RIA firm.

Jake received a BBA in Finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
